Shift: 35 hours weekly
Wage: $55 per hour

Main Duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of clinic services
  • Monitor customer service satisfaction and reviews
  • Ensure the professional development of clinical staff, with regular individual reviews, consistent with their personal and professional needs
  • Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services
  • Control budget and expenditures
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Completion of Post-grad in related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical managerial experience.
  • Clinical experience in commercial settings preferred.
  • Adept at written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues independently.
